Greetings, I’m Philip Pierotti, the proud host and founder of PIE Entities llc. I started it off as an abnb venture as a single man making the beds and cleaning the shared bathroom in two spare bedrooms of my townhouse in 2021. Since then, I have moved, expanded, married the love of my life and run a family business with her. Being a host is rewarding for me because I can meet new people who in turn bring life to my home. I like being the one to provide a place for people to stay where all respectful guests are welcome. Being a host makes me feel like my house is alive and I have a reason to keep things looking nice for someone other than the neighbors. Im a DIY kind of guy and love to restore and renovate old homes and have a special appreciation for the peak of hand, american-made local products that are no longer around. This is me; I do what I love most. Come and experience firsthand the fruits of our labor and positive vibes. Witness the dedication, hard work, and love that have gone into transforming this Victorian house into a warm and welcoming haven.
